Refund Processing Cycle

After our warehouse receives and verifies the returned merchandise, confirming the items are unused, unwashed, intact with original tags and packaging, we will initiate the official refund process. The funds will be credited back to your original payment account within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged artificially, stained or removed from original tags are not eligible for free return;
  • Complimentary promotional gifts, fashion accessories and sample items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash;
  • Return requests submitted after the 60-day valid window will be rejected automatically.

Partial Return & Exchange Rules

For multi-item orders, you can apply for partial returns of individual products. The refund amount is calculated based on the discounted unit price at checkout. The original free shipping benefit will remain valid and will not be revoked due to partial return requests.
